PARTY SCHEDULE

Party Duration 2 hours (2 hours, 15 minutes if extra laser game is booked)

Arrive at Fusion Zone and meet in foyer approx 10 minutes prior to start time

Briefing – staff explain how to play the laser game (5 to 15 minutes)

Laser Game #1 (15 minutes)

Party Time – Food and drinks served in the party area (30-40 min)

Laser Game #2 (15 minutes)

Cake and gifts (party finish)

Laser Game #3 (15 minutes) Ultimate Parties / or added 3rd game.

CONDITIONS

Minimum booking 8 people. Payment for 8 is required if less than 8 attend.

Late arrivals may lose time from their booking.

A deposit is required to confirm a booking. Deposits are non-refundable.

Parents may play for $6.00 per game providing there is room in the game and a vest available.

For Kid’s Parties, Fusion Zone requires that at least one parent remain on the premises during the party.

Fusion Zone parties do not have exclusive use of the laser game arena or Arcade Centre.

Only Food supplied by us will be allowed for parties. Otherwise snack food will be ok.

Booking of rooms are based on the guest that are attending please call a week before or sooner if less will be attending your party so that you are not being charged for the set amount.

OTHER INFORMATION

The number of guests you have booked for is the maximum you may bring. Any extra guests may miss out on laser games.

A birthday cake is included with the ultimate party package only. You are welcome to bring a birthday cake.

Cakes can be purchased upon request with notice.

We have Mylar Balloons $2.50 to $7.95 and latex Balloons .75 each

Goody Bag’s are $3.50 each, Framed Grouped Picture is $5.00 for small, $12.00 for large.

Fusion Zone has fridge and freezer facilities for storing cakes or ice-cream cakes

Fusion Zone will supply paper plates, napkins, cups, knives, matches, and plastic cutlery for no extra charge.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and debit cards. Personal checks are not accepted as final payment for parties.

An additional $25.00 will be added for substantial mess’s made in the party rooms/lobby No Piñatas, Silly String, or Confetti will be allowed.
